students and commuters have meal plans. These plans do not apply in the summer and money does not roll over from semester to semester. A student with a documented disability that has a letter from a doctor, or a counselor can apply to have an emotional support animal . The letter should be sent to Mike Omoto, Associate Director of Academic Access and Support Services. Once approved, Aimee Jannsen-Robinson, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs will begin the approval process for the specific emotional support animal. Students who have an emotional support animal Need to provide documentation of the following:

• Signed guidelines and responsibilities • Proof of $300,000 liability insurance coverage • Emergency contact information for the ESA • Proof of recent vet exam • Proof of current rabies vaccine

Questions regarding emotional support or service animals should be directed to Makoto or Aimee.

Pomeroy Pedals are blue bicycles that students, faculty, and staff may ride from location to location on campus. If you find a bicycle that is broken, please take the bike to a bike rack and send an email to campuslife@smwc.edu.. People have been directed to place the bicycles in bike racks or stand them up with the kickstand.

On Woods Net in the hub , Student Affairs will update students, faculty, and staff about events happening on campus.

Campus Ministry has small group communities of 4-8 students that get together once a week for fellowship and conversation. This can be compared to a bible study, but no previous experience reading the Bible is necessary. Campus Ministry also participates in Alternative Break Service Trips, which tales on a unique location and mission. Sacred Heart Chapel is located in Le Fer. Student orientation and move-in schedules are managed through the Student Affairs office. Their office then communicates with students, faculty, and staff about when orientations are and when students will be moving in. The Health Services Clinic is located in Rooney Library on the first floor. The clinic is run by Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. Campus undergraduate students who are enrolled in more than nine credit hours are eligible to receive services and payment is covered under tuition and fees. If the student needs lab work done or an immunization, those charges will be billed to their health insurance. Also, if a student is referred outside of campus, there will be a charge. They have over the counter medication and some prescription medicine for a minimal cost. Employees can visit the clinic as well and those services are billed through their insurance. Bon Appetit is our on-site restaurant that offers many nutritional offerings daily. On this website, https://smwc.cafebonappetit.com/, students can view the menus for the day for all the cafes on campus. Doherty Dining Hall located in Le Bois offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Woods Cafe has items to pick up like pre-packages salads, sandwiches, chips, muffins, and cookies. They also serve Starbucks coffee. The Woods Café is located in Rooney Library. The Market on the Avenue, located next to Doherty Dining Hall, also sells pre-packaged items and students can purchase essentials there as well. Brunch is offered on the
