Your words made my heart flutter, and I just knew

Either this would be the person I’d be with,

Or the person who completely broke me.

Months in, I knew I would stick around

No matter what, this is my dynamite, the excitement, and utterly consuming

Until he took me to that room,

That room was dark, filled with memories and sayings of love

But he didn’t come with me.
