About the author

Dzungwenen R. Tyohemba, Ph.D., serves as a Director of Mission Integration in a U.S. hospital and is a board-certified chaplain. He holds a doctorate in Global Leadership from Saint Mary-of the-Woods College, where his dissertation examined how hospital chaplains shape organizational culture in multicultural healthcare settings. As a scholar and transformation agent, his work focuses on organizational behavior, non positional leadership, and the cultural contributions of staff who hold no formal authority. His current projects include the Inclusive Spiritual Care Compass (ISCC), a framework for culturally responsive spiritual care, and ongoing studies of boundary-spanning roles in complex organizations.
