Faculty User Persona

The User Personas are embedded and accessible in the Meet and Greet- User Persona tab within each online course. This allows for members of the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program’s User Persona to reference the information such as before starting a new course. Using the User Persona template provides the social structure and encourages interactions beyond the surface. Both faculty and students will take the Clifton Strengths and list their top five strengths in their User Persona. The User Persona information can be used not only for networking but in small group development as well.
