Elizabeth Lovall Miller currently lives in Muncie, Ind., with her husband, three dogs and her horse. She is working as a Radiation Therapist and absolutely loves her job. She enjoys hiking, horseback riding and traveling. She is enjoying her new position as a digital marketing specialist at the Jim Shorkey Auto Group. Abigal “Abby” Abel bought a home in Terre Haute, Ind., where she has recently started a new job with Lee company. Sarah New is living and working in St. Louis, Mo., as a second grade teacher. Last fall, she was promoted to lead teacher and is almost finished with her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction. She recently got engaged and is planning on eloping this summer. Tammy Walker is excited that she will be celebrating her white coat ceremony in March 2022 for her Masters in FNP program from SMWC. The ceremony signifies a transition from student to learning to see actual patients. The students receive their white coats from Dr. Stewart. Dawn Langer recently received a $100K grant for a volunteer project for a childcare ministry for a church in West Terre Haute, Ind. Felica Andrews Hole has worked a few different jobs, the first post-graduation being at a mental health facility. She then got married, bought a house and welcomed her first son. She welcomed a second son who decided to come into the world early. Now, she stays home caring for her sons. Haylie Davenport Beaumont has been able to do some local volunteer work. She and her husband have started an online resell store. She serves on the Nextech Techquity council for the state of Indiana and has been added to the IEP stakeholders committee with the IDOE. Also, she was engaged this past August, with a wedding date set for November. Olivia Swickard Owen has Comic Con planned with VIP tickets for Oliva, her wife and brother-in-law. Edie Hollis started a business last year making chocolates and assorted baked goods, called Black Cat Confections. She is also on the planning committee for Terre Haute’s very first pride parade. Nicole Goodin Cooper welcomed a baby girl Evelyn into the world in September. Holly Henderson earned a master’s degree and moved to Nashville, Tenn. Mari Bennett Jackson is currently working on my MLD at The Woods and is spending her volunteer work serving on the board of directors of the Haley Tower Historical & Technical Society, which operates the Wabash Valley Railroad Museum in Terre Haute, Ind.

past September, Sarah attended DragonCon in Atlanta, Ga. She sees several Woodsies shopping at Glendy’s Uptown Mall in Terre Haute! Paulette Campana is doing well. She continues to volunteer at the Cincinnati Nature Center, as well as serve as a Lector at her parish. She is very grateful that her children and their families have not been adversely affected by the Covid pandemic. Paulette enjoyed visiting Mammoth Cave National Park with her son and his family this past Christmas. This past year has kept the Zwaskas busy! After 14 years in North Aurora, Ill., we moved four miles north to Batavia! Our children remained at their same school, Holy Cross Catholic School in Batavia, and our new house is one mile from Bob’s work, so it was an easy transition! Patrick is now in sixth grade and Abby is in second. I continue to teach preschool for our local park district. Please keep in touch! She continues to do freelance work in training and facilitation with social change organizations. She has been grateful for the opportunity to coordinate the Facing Injustice project of the Greater Terre Haute NAACP as a volunteer. For this role she was honored to receive the NAACP Branch Leadership Award in 2021. Over recent years she has also been enjoying giving more time and energy to her equine art practice. Elizabeth Bohanan Matthews this year marks five years cancer-free following treatment for stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma! Her husband and teenage daughters (Jessica, 13, and Allison, 17) and her marked 10 years living in San Diego, Calif., last summer. She has worked as a medical social worker now since 2008 in both the hospice and hospital environments and is transitioning into outpatient mental health treatment and will start a job with the County of San Diego as a mental health clinician. Jena Sampias-Riggs is currently living in Dearborn, Mich., with Damon (RH ‘02) and four cats. Prior to moving to Michigan, they lived in Los Angeles, Calif. In LA she taught middle school art for a few years then studied textile design at FIDM which led to the position of Director of Art at a textile company. Danielle has grown her small business, The Minted Pumpkin. They bought a new house in Sullivan, Ind., and are in the arduous process of moving towns. They are expecting a new goldendoodle, Sullivana “Anna” Guerin. Jeanna Clark and her fiancé Tyler are expecting their first baby, Luca Henry, and are planning their move to Georgia to be closer to family. Jennifer “Jenn” Cassidy Bierhaus married Zachary Bierhaus (Rose Hulman Class of 2010) on June 19,

2021. They have spent time traveling locally and abroad. They are looking forward to their upcoming move to Anchorage, Alaska. Erin Pugh Lucas currently serves on both the SMWC Alumni Board and as Class Agent. Her family recently moved to South Bend, Ind., while her husband continues studying at Notre Dame. They are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second baby. Melissa “Mel” Bowers Nicholson and her family has been quite busy the past year. Both of her children will be attending school this year. They visited Disney for the first time. She decided to take a leap and start a mom’s podcast with co-host Jessica Dugger Celebucki called Another Manic Mom Day. Additionally, she coached varsity girls’ track and coached the elementary robotics team. Jessica Dugger Celebucki is currently a stay-at- home mom to her son Michael (4 in May). Since 2020 she has been growing a small Graphic Design business where she works with clients on logo designs as well as custom orders for shirts and decals. Cohost of Another Manic Mom Day with Mel where they share stories and discuss all things related to parenting. Traci Broeckelman Latoz began a position as a continuing lecturer of communication at Purdue University- West Lafayette in August 2020. She is currently pursuing an EdD with Franklin University. Ashley McDonald Young , her husband and their furbabies continue residing in Kentucky where she plans to expand her small Crochet business, IN-KY girl. Look forward to more coming from her! Nicole Wieg Waldron graduated from University of Law (Leeds) with a post-graduate diploma in law. She is currently training to be a lawyer in the corporate team at a firm in England. It is intended that she will qualify as a solicitor in early 2023. Danielle Rosselli Andeson has been a teacher and ABA therapist in a variety of settings. She decided to pursue her masters in ABA and graduated in 2015. She was certified as a BCBA in 2016 and now works as the Assistant Director of Clinical Development at The Hope Source in Indianapolis. She is also married with two boys! Shauna Lampley Williams lives in Southern Illinois with her husband Vernon and two-year-old daughter Emma. Shauna is the Marketing Director at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield, Ill. She oversees the marketing for Fairfield Memorial Hospital and three satellite clinics. Recently, Shauna has been raising honeybees near her home in Xenia, Ill. Elizabeth “Libby” Wright is completing her 10th year teaching grades 6-8 at Holy Family School in New Albany, Ind. She is now the lucky aunt of five terrific kids having welcomed Wright family triplets in mid-2021. Libby and her husband, Mervyn, continue to travel and are excited for many adventures still to come. Leah Miller still loves horseback riding, reading, traveling, gardening and learning new things. She is marrying Clayton Jones on October 29, 2022. Fellow Woodsie, Stephanie Runyon-Thomas ’13 , will be her Matron of Honor. She loves living and working in West Lafayette with her dogs, cat, horse and fiancé. Jordan Pirsch ‘17G started a new position as the Discharge Coordinator at Providence Health Care in July 2021.
