Welcome, to the Graduate Certificate of Women’s Leadership.

Women as strong leaders bring a unique perspective to any organization. To flourish as a leader, women need to build self-awareness, leverage an empowering network, embrace diversity, and use technology to become a better communicator and problem-solver. This unique hybrid immersion program will provide you with the tools you need to add value to your organization. Over the next eight weeks, you will discover your leadership style, your strengths, and your potential. Through this program, you will gain the confidence to use your voice and presence to own the room. The task before us is challenging…but as Aristotle said “Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives – choice, not chance, determines your destiny. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.” Saint Mary- of- the- Woods College has a long history of hiring faculty who love The Woods, understand our mission, and do everything they can to promote student learning. I am truly blessed to have colleagues who are dedicated to excellence!
