Aspire Indiana Health GCWL Program Guide

Workload and Weekly Time Commitment: The experience is designed to be virtually immersive, meaning outside of the scheduled opening and closing webinars; participants work on their own and at their own pace throughout each week. Participants should plan to connect to the module each Monday and Saturday to open and close the course, and then at least two additional times. Readings, assignments, projects, etc., may require 8-12 hours. Acknowledging that each participant’s learning and work style are different, and the workload and time commitment will differ week to week, participants can plan between 15-20 hours each week. Each Week, has an opening and closing meeting. The dates and times are posted in the Learning Management Sessin. If participants cannot attend, they need to let the instructor know. These meetings are recorded and can be watched at a later time. The Graduate Certificate of Women's Leadership Program at SMWC is designed to empower individuals by providing the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary to excel in leadership roles, champion gender equality, and foster positive change in the workforce and their greater global communities and environments.

The next page details what participants can expect each week. Students will present Final Presentations the week of August 5-9, once a date is selected by the Aspire Indiana Health Leadership Team.
