Tradara McLaurine is a three-time alumna of Indiana State University with two bachelor’s degrees — one in accounting and one in legal studies. Her master’s degree is in Student Affairs and Higher Education and she has a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from eCornell. She has over 15 years experience working in higher education in the areas of career advising, academic advising, student conduct, conferences and events, programming, teaching and residential life. Tradara currently holds certifications as a Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute of Diversity Certification, Certified Trainer for Understanding and Engaging Under-Resourced College Students from Bridges Out of Poverty and a certified Predictive Index Practitioner. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, board member for Junior Achievement and United Campus Ministries.
Tradara has articles published in the American Association for Employment in Education Job Search Handbook and Diversity: Recruitment Partners in Education. In July 2017, she published two children’s books titled “Why Mommy Works” and “Why Daddy Works”. In November 2017, the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce recognized Tradara as a12 under 40 award recipient. She has spoken and served as a keynote speaker for various leadership and regional conferences. Her third children’s book “I Want a Nickname” was released in July 2022. She loves spending time with her family, crocheting ,watching TV, reading and learning.

Dan Miller devotes his life to using history to improve the leadership of his clients. In 2004, he founded his own company, Historical Solutions LLC, to pursue this passion. His clients are CEOs, executives, community leaders, board members, directors, managers and supervisors. Dan applies history to both inspire and inform leaders and leadership. Dan worked for ten years as a managing partner of an economic and workforce development consulting firm in Indianapolis. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in history from Anderson University and both a master of arts and doctoral degrees in history from Indiana University. Just as importantly, ever since childhood, Dan has loved history. Dan has written four books (two of which are available to purchase on his website) and is completing a book on a lost leadership story of Abraham Lincoln. He has also authored entries for the Dictionary of Literary Biography, the Encyclopedia of Americans at War and the Encyclopedia of the American Revolution.
