Dr. Tricia Pierce is a clinically trained Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She serves as an Assistant Professor at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in the Department of Science and Mathematics.

Dr. Pierce has served as a health and wellness consultant for many years and is passionate about helping others reach their own personal wellness goals.

TRICIA PIERCE, DHSC, ACSM-CEP

Martha Reed is a native of Panama. She is the Associate Director of the Career Center at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC).

She has over 20 years of experience in higher education and Emotional Intelligence (EI) and is a certified EI Coach, Trainer and practitioner. She is a two-time alum of Indiana State University where she was a nontraditional and first-generation student. She is married to Paul. She has one daughter who graduated from SMWC and three grandchildren. Martha is a member of the International Society of Emotional Intelligence and has presented nationally and internationally and has trained students, staff and community leaders. She has trained over 4,000 people on Emotional Intelligence. Her focus area is Empathy. Due to her unique educational journey, she is asked to speak to provide a path of hope for others. In her free time, she loves designing theme gardens and is a Purdue Master Gardener. They have a rescue dog Timmy, who really rescued them.
