Emilee Roberts is an enthusiastic community engagement partner, with a love of connecting individuals and organizational development. Her passion is within nonprofit organizations, navigation of leadership challenges, the art of crucial conversations and helping nonprofits prepare for the next steps and succession plans. As the current Executive Director of FSA Counseling Center, a 160-year-old nonprofit, Emilee is dedicated to program development,community connection, organizational storytelling and overall organization visibility. Over the past 10 years, Emilee has served as the first female in her Residence Life role at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, as well as the youngest executive director of the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she has led teams through leadership changes, financial deficits, organizational structure challenges, group dynamics, crucial conversations and self assessments for organizational and individual growth.

Emilee loves volunteering in various capacities, spending time with friends and family, reading, being outdoors, traveling and loving on her Labradoodle pup named Louie!

Christine Wilkey, MSW, LCSW, is an Associate Professor of Human Services at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC). She teaches Human Services and Equine Assisted Therapy. She has taught full-time at SMWC since 2005.
