Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

FERPA will be discussed in the Registrar portion of this handbook. American Disabilities Act (ADA)

The American Disabilities Act (ADA) will be discussed in the Learning Resource Center portion of this handbook. ADA prohibits discrimination against anyone with a disability. This includes areas of employment, state and local government services, public accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications.
