FAKE Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the attributes and associations between Clifton Strengths and global leadership. The research employed a correlational, deductive, cross-sectional quantitative research strategy with two established instruments to measure Clifton Strengths and global leadership attributes. The sample included 250 leaders and executives across seven countries. The study found a close association between these two constructs with dependence on gender adding strength to the correlative relationship. Differences in global leaders was found depending on the number of organizations and countries the organization does business with.

Wiley publishing has over 1,600 journals. They feature several great resources including their Information for Authors After pasting the abstract and filling in the title, I received no results. However, if I just used the key word “leadership” in the Find Journal by Title and came up with four results: Board Leadership, Journal of Leadership Studies, Nonprofit Management Leadership, and New Directions for Student Leadership. What it returns is only one journal at a time (I just included both so you would see the impact factor and ranking).
